Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days
- Certain hygiene or personal-use products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
